Job Title: Regional Sales Associate - Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Associate to join our team at Independent Health Association. As a Regional Sales Associate, you will be responsible for meeting sales productivity goals, developing new markets, and attending conferences to promote Nova's sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales productivity goals and develop new markets to increase Nova's market share.
  • Attend conferences and other events to promote Nova's sales efforts and build relationships with brokers, high-level executives, and consultants.
  • Work closely with the Chief Sales Officer to build relationships and develop strategies to meet sales goals.
  • Provide support throughout the RFP process, ensuring accurate and timely responses to clients.
  • Establish and maintain successful working relationships with other Nova associates and parent and affiliate company associates.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Two years of experience in corporate sales/service, including experience working with providers, payer networks, or distribution channel management required; healthcare industry preferred.
  • Ability to win new business with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding individual business goals and objectives.
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn and utilize contact management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to develop cooperative working relationships.
  • Proven successful sales and customer retention ability and skills.

Compensation:

$60,500 - $70,000 annually + Sales Incentive. Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, location, and experience.

In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits, and generous paid time off.
