**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a clinic setting. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Physician/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide quality nursing care for assigned patients

**Working Conditions:**

* Works in a well-lit, ventilated, and air-conditioned area
* Often exposed to unpleasant odors, sights, and sounds
* Long periods in a stationary position and moving around the unit are required
* Risks exposure to disease, infection, physical strain, and assault
* Risks exposure to blood, body fluids, tissue, radiation, and antineoplastic agents
* Must be able to move or position 25 lbs. independently

**Requirements:**

* Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN training program
* Experience: Three (3) years LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred
* Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations: Current LPN License in the state of Kentucky, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (successful completion within three [3] months of employment)
