Charge Nurse

The LPN Charge Nurse is a key member of the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center team, responsible for making administrative decisions in the absence of senior leadership. This role involves supervising resident care, coordinating resources, and leading by example to promote quality care and cost-effective use of resources.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise resident care and coordinate resources from ancillary departments
- Make administrative decisions in the absence of senior leadership
- Lead by example to promote quality care and cost-effective use of resources
- Participate in direct resident care as required
- Graduate of an accredited LPN training program
- Demonstrated competence in the clinical setting
- Current LPN License in the State of Kentucky
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
