EquipmentShare is on the lookout for a Regional Safety Manager to be based in Houston, TX, as we expand our operations.

The Regional Safety Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our safety team across various locations, collaborating with General Managers and Service Managers to enhance our safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive safety assessments at designated EquipmentShare facilities.
  • Collaborate with General and Service Managers to address issues identified in safety reviews.
  • Deliver effective training on essential topics such as First Aid, CPR, and AED.
  • Analyze data from assigned locations to identify and address negative trends through proactive measures.
  • Perform accident investigations as required by the EquipmentShare safety team.
  • Assist locations in meeting DOT compliance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a safety-related role is preferred.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time, potentially outside the assigned region.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable and self-driven in the workplace.
  • Must reside within a reasonable distance to an airport offering domestic flights.
