Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to support the design and project management teams by implementing process improvement strategies that contribute to long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline programs and processes from start to finish.
2. Manage assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and prioritization of tasks.
3. Analyze data and provide insights to improve operational workflows.

Essential Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Performance Management or Data Analysis, utilizing process improvement methodologies.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build teams and organize effectively.
- Lean Six Sigma training is preferred.

Preferred Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly in both verbal and written formats.
- Familiarity with operating environments related to the work group.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn internal systems for scheduling and reporting.

Typical Duties Include:
- Manage and resolve service requests and inquiries efficiently.
- Communicate with relevant departments regarding order clarifications.
- Review and verify documentation for accuracy.
- Set up projects in designated management systems.
- Track project statuses and provide updates as necessary.
