Overview

nTech Workforce is looking for a meticulous and organized Business Systems Analyst to enhance our operational efficiency. This position will focus on supporting business processes and ensuring the effective management of data and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management:

  • Input data from various sources into Salesforce and other systems.
  • Review and update existing data, ensuring accuracy by cross-referencing with source documents.
  • Extract data from databases or electronic files as needed.
  • Conduct regular backups to secure data integrity.

Administrative Support:

  • Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information and manage confidential documents with care.
  • Handle communication through phone calls and correspondence.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and scheduling.
  • Oversee office supplies and maintain accurate records of company assets and inventory.
  • Update and manage databases with precision.
  • Assist in daily facilities operations and oversee facility management software.

Project Coordination:

  • Assist with office relocation activities, including packing and organizing supplies.
  • Support the planning and execution of meetings and events, including setup and cleanup.
  • Collaborate with various departments on office management procedures.
  • Coordinate vendor services for facility maintenance.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit reports and project updates as required.
  • Maintain records of all company assets, including depreciation schedules.

Support Services:

  • Provide assistance to customers through various communication channels.
  • Support colleagues as needed and contribute to a collaborative office atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other data management platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills and effective correspondence management.
  • Experience in facilities management and supply coordination is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
