Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects to completion while meeting deadlines and prioritizing workload effectively.
- Business Intelligence: Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products; lead product-level modeling/analytics.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues across Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA, including Risk, Legal & Compliance, IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability.
- Presentations and Reporting: Present and communicate insights, analysis, and strategies across various levels of the organization.
- Pricing and Profitability: Identify, evaluate, and optimize pricing recommendations and strategies that optimize profit through attaining company-driven returns and volume.
Requirements:
- Education: 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or other related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business, financial, pricing, and/or technical analysis in a corporate setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong programming experience in SQL, SAS, Python, or other database coding programs; strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate analysis, strategies, and recommendations to various stakeholders and Senior Leadership.
