Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural analysis on new designs of primary and secondary airframe structure.
  • Establish structural specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement structural analysis methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including reports and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in structural analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in structural analysis, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Proficient in structural mechanics simulation software, such as VISION, NASTRAN, and PATRAN.
  • Experience with Catia and strong Excel capabilities, including macro coding.
  • Active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years or CE enrollment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with systems stress analysis and structural analysis of metallic and composite parts.
  • Proficiency in engineering mechanics, engineering statics, and strength of materials.
