Overview
nTech Workforce is in search of a meticulous and highly organized Business Systems Analyst. This position is pivotal in supporting our operational functions and ensuring the seamless execution of daily activities, encompassing data management, administrative responsibilities, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management:
- Input data from diverse sources into Salesforce and other digital systems.
- Revise existing data and confirm its accuracy by cross-referencing with source documents.
- Extract data from databases or electronic files as needed.
- Conduct regular backups to guarantee data integrity.
Administrative Functions:
- Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information and manage highly confidential documents with care.
- Handle communications including phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
- Provide comprehensive administrative support such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing appointments.
- Oversee and manage office supplies while maintaining records of company assets, equipment, and inventory.
- Maintain and update databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in daily facilities operations and manage facility software applications.
Project Coordination and Support:
- Assist with office closure activities, including packing items and relocating office supplies.
- Help in the planning and execution of company meetings and events, including setup and cleanup.
- Collaborate with facilities and other departments on office closure and opening protocols.
- Play a crucial role in coordinating vendor services for facility management.
Reporting and Presentations:
- Provide timely reports and prepare project updates as assigned.
- Maintain a record of all company equipment, software, furniture, and fixtures, including depreciation schedules and asset removal.
Support for Customers and Colleagues:
- Deliver customer support through various channels including phone, email, or in-person interactions.
- Assist colleagues as needed and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other data management platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication skills and effective management of correspondence.
- Experience in facilities management and office supply coordination is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
