About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Carters. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven sales experience and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
