The Educational Program Manager is essential in enriching the student journey and maintaining academic excellence at Hult Boston.

This role encompasses the coordination of diverse academic and extracurricular initiatives, fostering effective communication among faculty, students, and staff, and ensuring the seamless execution of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Dean and Academic Team in overseeing and implementing educational programs.
  • Collaborate with faculty on curriculum development, assessment planning, and course administration.
  • Create and manage course pages while supervising student communications regarding course expectations and outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage student attendance, participation, and academic success, including offering additional support for students facing academic challenges.
  • Facilitate student communications through various channels, providing guidance and support on academic and interpersonal matters.
  • Address and resolve student academic issues in accordance with institutional policies.
  • Plan and execute academic and extracurricular events.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with students to collect feedback and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues at other Hult campuses to ensure uniformity across locations.
  • Flexible scheduling is required, including potential evening events or weekend classes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience, ideally in a student-facing role within academic administration.
  • Proficient in database management systems (especially Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse cultures.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, at a native or near-native level.
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a talent for managing multiple priorities.
  • Innovative and creative, capable of developing and implementing new processes.
  • Able to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and capable of performing under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Effective at building relationships, influencing others, and collaborating across teams.
