About the Role

As a Customer Account Coordinator at EF Educational Tours, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer life cycle. You will be responsible for managing account maintenance, processing transactions, and communicating with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage account maintenance for customers, including processing checks, paper enrollments, and validating travel vouchers.
  • Work with the finance team to process weekly check refunds and handle post-tour reimbursement requests.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to collect outstanding balances and resolve any issues.
  • Set expectations for internal teams and provide updates on customer accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and simplify existing processes and present solutions to the team.
