Your primary responsibility will be to manage account maintenance, process transactions, and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Account Maintenance: Process checks, paper enrollments, and validate cross-product travel vouchers to ensure accurate and timely customer transactions.
- Financial Transactions: Work closely with the Finance team to process weekly check refunds and handle post-tour reimbursement requests for services not provided on-tour.
- Customer Communication: Reach out to customers via phone and email to collect outstanding balances as needed, and set correct expectations for Sales and other internal teams through email and Teams communication.
- Process Optimization: Think creatively about day-to-day tasks and present new ways to optimize and simplify existing processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Adaptability: Be willing to take on new projects and adapt to changing priorities, demonstrating a positive attitude and self-motivation.
