About the Role

As a Customer Account Coordinator Co-op at EF Educational Tours, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer service to parents and students navigating the process of sending their children abroad. Your primary responsibility will be to manage account maintenance, process transactions, and communicate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Maintenance: Process checks, paper enrollments, and validate cross-product travel vouchers to ensure accurate and timely customer transactions.
  • Financial Transactions: Work closely with the Finance team to process weekly check refunds and handle post-tour reimbursement requests for services not provided on-tour.
  • Customer Communication: Reach out to customers via phone and email to collect outstanding balances as needed, and set correct expectations for Sales and other internal teams through email and Teams communication.
  • Process Optimization: Think creatively about day-to-day tasks and present new ways to optimize and simplify existing processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Adaptability: Be willing to take on new projects and adapt to changing priorities, demonstrating a positive attitude and self-motivation.
