- Center Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the center, including administration, staff management, and program development.
- Education: Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required; two to four years of professional child care teaching experience required; experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and coaching skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to providing high-quality care and education to children.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $62,920 - $78,650 per year.
