Your role will be crucial in ensuring a high standard of service and care for our clients.Responsibilities:
Provide empathetic and attentive assistance to clients, whether they are facing difficulties or seeking information.
Guide clients through our offerings with expertise and understanding.
Ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
Maintain up-to-date case files and manage daily updates.
Qualifications:
3 years of previous experience in customer service, account management, or call center environments.
A genuine passion for assisting others with a strong sense of empathy.
Ability to interact with clients and colleagues with kindness and respect.
Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Proficient in computer tasks, including data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Education:
High School Diploma Required. Two- or Four-Year Degree preferred.
Schedule and Compensation:
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
Flexible availability is required as the Intake Center operates 7 days a week:
Weekdays: 7:00 am to 11:00 pm
Weekends: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Part-Time and Full-Time shifts are available.
