Regional Business Development Manager

48forty Solutions, a leading pallet management services company in North America, seeks a highly motivated Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new customer business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage leads resulting in $8-$10M in new business sales annually
- Develop and maintain a diverse and balanced pipeline with at least $20M in new growth opportunity
- Manage existing customer accounts resulting in $20-$30M in business sales annually
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at the corporate level
- Full customer management responsibilities from on-boarding
- Represent 48forty Solutions at various tradeshows and industry events
- Utilize solutions to match potential organizational capability to various needs as identified by customer base
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or other equivalent academic disciplines
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a regional B2B sales or national B2B sales position
- Experience in the Logistics, Industrial Packaging, Transportation, or Pallet/Container industries is preferred
- Superior computer skills and MS Office experience are mandatory

The Regional Business Development Manager will work remotely and travel to the corporate office on occasion. Local travel is required.
