About the Role

sFOX, a leading platform for institutional crypto trading, is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

As a Strategic Sales Manager at sFOX, you will be responsible for leveraging data insights to develop and execute impactful sales strategies that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and client success, to align sales efforts with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage data analytics to identify business opportunities and optimize sales processes
  • Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to support forecasting and strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement targeted sales campaigns that drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and ensure sFOX remains competitive
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales operations management within the financial services industry, with specific experience in institutional crypto trading preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
