About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team at Dental Care Alliance. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all visitors to our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet patients and visitors, sign them in, schedule future appointments, and handle incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to Patient Questions and Concerns: Answer patient inquiries and address any concerns in accordance with Dental Care Alliance policies.
  • Telephone and Scheduling: Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records of patient appointments and communications.
  • Registration and Payment Processing: Register patients, post charges and payments to patient accounts, and maintain accurate records of patient payments.
  • Waiting Area Maintenance: Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and welcoming to patients.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2+ years of experience working in a dental office environment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and staff.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Plans: Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.
