Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Coordinator to join our team at Dental Family Practice. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Greeting and Registration: Welcome patients to our office, register new patients, and ensure all necessary forms and documentation are completed.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule patient appointments, confirm upcoming appointments, and manage the daily appointment schedule.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer and manage incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain patient records, manage billing and insurance claims, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.
