We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Midwest Dental. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for patients, ensuring they feel valued and respected from the moment they arrive.
- Guiding: Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, including insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and providing information about services and payment options.
- Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing Midwest Dental for their dental care, treating them with respect and professionalism throughout their visit.
- At least one year of related experience in a dental or medical office setting.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting.
- Knowledge of dental software and systems.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20-$23 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
