Your expertise will be essential in responding to questions from teachers and staff via phone or email, installing and modifying software, and configuring and reimaging devices. Additionally, you will create, maintain, and repair staff and student user accounts and data, and provide support for the district wireless network. If you have a strong background in troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple, and Google apps, we encourage you to apply.
