Position Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction initiatives nationwide, ensuring compliance with established standards. This role will primarily involve collaboration with general contractors to formulate and track project budgets while cultivating relationships with financial partners to secure timely funding for construction endeavors. The position will also engage with company leadership to implement the growth strategy of Olympus Pines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cost estimates for new projects, monitor job expenses, assess change orders, and manage work in progress to align with budgetary constraints.
  • Process requests for information (RFIs), change orders, project communications, plans, equipment release forms, and transmittals.
  • Oversee labor, material, and subcontractor costs and budgets.
  • Coordinate with general contractors to track the progress of each project.
  • Ensure timely completion and filing of project contracts, bids, and governmental development applications.
  • Manage accounts receivable/accounts payable for subcontractors, including tracking, managing, and processing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and vendors to coordinate and manage project documentation.
  • Oversee construction projects with competing timelines from inception to completion.
  • Analyze project flow and outcomes to prepare reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with all aspects of the construction process, making decisions on workflow, production planning, and cost control for materials and labor.
  • Support the Construction team and leadership in coordinating projects and prioritizing tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in commercial construction.
  • Background in finance or relevant education is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; capable of developing trusted partnerships with business leaders at all levels.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid environment.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in project coordination or office administration.
  • Experience in engaging with multiple corporate stakeholders.
  • Exceptional writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks, deliverables, and competing timelines.
