Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is essential in supporting the Management Team to enhance the overall game day and shopping experience for our fans by overseeing warehouse activities.

This role emphasizes achieving results through strong communication and team collaboration.


This is a part-time position that may vary based on the operational needs and will require a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a tidy, organized manner
  • Manage the complete inventory process, including processing transfers, tagging new merchandise, and restocking
  • Guarantee adherence to inventory control procedures
  • Assist the team store by ensuring timely order fulfillment
  • Coordinate delivery timelines with management
  • Clearly communicate expectations for tasks and projects to team members
  • Provide training and support to new hires as necessary
  • Offer constructive feedback to staff based on performance observations
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned
  • Understand and embody Fanatics Values in all aspects of the role

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to execute tasks accurately and safely
  • Maintain a clean and secure work environment
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record may be necessary
  • Forklift certification in accordance with OSHA standards is advantageous
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Availability for extended hours during game days and events

Skills and Competencies:

  • Possess a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all management levels and foster teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act decisively
  • Represent Fanatics/League/Team Values and standards effectively
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move throughout the facility
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Game Day responsibilities may involve exposure to various weather conditions if assigned to outdoor locations

The compensation for this position ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, representing base pay only and excluding any short-term or long-term incentive compensation.

When determining base pay, various factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training are considered.
