Position Overview

The Logistics Warehouse Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods within our facility. This position involves various responsibilities aimed at fulfilling customer orders accurately and timely.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently assembles and prepares orders for shipment to clients or internal departments.
  • Responsible for loading and unloading shipments from both common carriers and company transport.
  • Prepares customer orders for dispatch through UPS and LTL services.
  • Manages shipping documentation, ensuring accuracy in merchandise verification, postage application, and completion of Bill of Lading (BOL) for LTL shipments, while adhering to specific shipping instructions.
  • Conducts thorough checks of assembled orders, confirming quantities and descriptions, and documenting totals on invoices.
  • Carefully packs each order into appropriate containers and organizes them according to delivery routes.
  • Verifies shipped quantities and items against invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Provides support to other warehouse staff as necessary.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Utilizes a scanner for the Warehouse Management System, including order picking and the organization of materials post-receipt.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Must maintain an excellent attendance record.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.

Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of electrical products.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and meet customer needs.
  • Competence in performing basic mathematical calculations to ensure task accuracy.
