Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the warehouse facility and enforce safety regulations.
  • Monitor production workflows and optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Supervise and train warehouse and driver employees.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. A minimum of 5 years in warehouse operations is required, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Proven expertise in warehouse management is essential.
