Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Cambridge Housing Authority. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations at assigned developments within our public housing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff assigned to your site(s) and ensure that property management activities meet budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to establish a daily work schedule and determine priorities.
  • Monitor the timeliness of work order completions and implement a preventative maintenance program.
  • Communicate with tenants on a daily basis and address housing-related problems such as rent delinquency and maintenance needs.
  • Prepare and submit required reports, including the Monthly Management Report, in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years property management experience, preferably in affordable housing.
  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license and insurable under CHA policies.
  • ARM certification required or must be completed within 12 months.
  • C3P Tax Credit Certification required or must be completed within 12 months.
