Strategic Oncology Business Development Manager

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in driving business growth and development for Inizio Engage. As a Strategic Oncology Business Development Manager, your expertise will be crucial in building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to promote innovative biotechnology solutions.
With a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales and account management, you will leverage your skills to identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive the adoption of our products among healthcare providers. Your ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies will be essential in staying ahead of the curve and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to address customer needs and opportunities in the territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts and opinion leaders across various customer segments
- Engage with healthcare professionals to educate them on our products and services, and provide support to improve treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and account management
- Proven track record of success in launching new products and developing strategic partnerships
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies
- Valid US driver's license and willingness to travel overnight
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus bonus potential and excellent benefits.
