The Clinical Office Coordinator will coordinate clinical office activities under the direction of physicians and clinical staff. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate clinical office activities, including scheduling and patient flow
- Provide support to Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Medical Assistants
- Triaging patients, taking vital signs, and obtaining medical information
- Preparing exam rooms and performing various tasks as assigned
- Registered Nurse with license eligible to practice in North Carolina
- Two years of experience working in a physician's office preferred
- Ability to work independently and have strong oral skills
- Computer literacy and basic math skills
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
