Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Operations Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front offices across multiple locations. Your primary focus will be on driving district front office engagement, environment, and staff performance to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure seamless daily operations of front offices, including supervision and coaching of staff, to meet or exceed budgeted metrics for visits and evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Administrative Leaders to drive district front office performance and implement effective solutions.
- Hire, train, and develop front office staff, including Referral Management, Patient Access Coordinators, and Scheduling and Referral Coordinators.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive district front office engagement, environment, and staff performance, focusing on Referral Management, POC adherence, and Customer Service expectations.
- Lead education and training sessions for front office staff on front office process updates and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze KPI performance across all clinics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage front office labor and schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing costs.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for Front Office Supervisors to enhance their leadership skills and people management capabilities.
- Mentor and coach staff struggling with performance, while pairing high performers with mentees for side-by-side learning opportunities.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or service industry environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving results and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of medical reimbursement and technology, including basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles.
- Competitive salary range: $42,000 - $49,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
