As a Clinical Coordinator at Harris Regional Hospital, you will play a vital role in shaping exceptional patient experiences every day.
Our 14-bed Emergency Department is a fast-paced setting where you will have the opportunity to contribute to high-quality emergency medical care while working alongside a dedicated team.
With a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient wellbeing and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to drive positive outcomes.
As a registered nurse (RN) on our team, you will be part of a collaborative environment that values your experience and expertise.
Here, you will have the opportunity to:
- Utilize your specialized plan-of-care intervention to drive patient-centered care
- Collaborate with a diverse staff of RNs, CNAs, Paramedics, Secretaries, and Providers to deliver exceptional care
- Participate in quality assessment activities and maintain a working knowledge of The Joint Commission standards and CMS regulations
- Support staff retention and an excellent work environment by recognizing achievements and mentoring learners
