Senior Manager: Regional Mountain Division Finance Team

Job Summary:
Vail Resorts is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Regional Mountain Division Finance Team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving planning, forecasting, and financial management across our mountain divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our company and contribute to our mission of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain active partnerships with operational leadership to drive strategic goals and objectives
Create and present finance and business presentations to Mountain leadership, summarizing key assumptions, risks, and opportunities
Produce key FP&A deliverables, including operating budget, capital budget, monthly forecasting, cost control, and P&L reviews
Track progress on multiple priorities and workstreams across the Mountain FP&A organization, contributing to process planning and improvement
Analyze business performance and provide insights to inform decision-making
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in finance and/or economics, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis
Proven track record of success in financial modeling, insight generation, and executive communications
Experience consolidating financial deliverables across multiple regions and lines of business
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information and develop recommendations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
What We Offer:
Vail Resorts offers a competitive salary range of $92,396 - $120,000, plus an annual bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and employee assistance program. Additionally, you will have access to our ski and mountain perks, including free passes for employees and discounted lift tickets for friends and family.
