Responsibilities- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living and attending to individual care needs.
- Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service.
- Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents, adhering to OSHA requirements and promoting Risk Management programs and policies.
- Respond to the dining needs of residents and guests, maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED accepted, with certifications and licenses required in states where applicable.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
- Competent in organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
