Job Description

First Western is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Management Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Northern Colorado Region team, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attain the annual Treasury Management revenue goal by Region and/or Profit Center through lead generation and relationship development.
  • Strategically identify potential opportunities from an active high net-worth network and existing clients as appropriate.
  • Execute a consultative approach to prospects and clients to present customized solutions to meet client needs.
  • Partner with Profit Center Banking team to move opportunities through FWT's proven sales process, including sales team creation and proposal delivery for existing and prospective clients.
  • Assist in driving Treasury Management product strategies, initiatives, and training within Profit Centers.
  • Work with Market President and Banking Manager to help identify client expansion opportunities in the existing portfolio.
  • Maintain an active and visible place within the community, utilizing a strong network of centers of influence via community groups, boards, and local estate planning councils.
  • Utilize and build expert product knowledge and current knowledge of tax laws and financial strategies.
  • Employ a holistic approach to leverage and cross-sell First Western's full suite of products and services.
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of financial, tax, and wealth planning.
  • Experience with CRM preferred.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • High initiative and follow-through.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of Banking experience with an emphasis on treasury management, business development, and client services.
