Position Overview:
$21.00/hour for certified maintenance specialists

$500 Sign-on Bonus ($250 paid after 30 and 90 days)

Quarterly and Attendance bonuses available

Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, 401k, Paid Time Off, Vacation Pay, and more)

We are in search of a skilled and dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist who will play a vital role in ensuring our hotel operates to the high standards of Renaissance Indianapolis North.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold service quality standards that impact guest satisfaction;
- Address guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally;
- Execute general repairs and assigned maintenance tasks efficiently;
- Respond to complaints or concerns from guests or other departments in a timely manner;
- Oversee the upkeep, rehabilitation, and maintenance of all hotel equipment;

Qualifications:
Must possess a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Compensation Range:
The compensation for this role is $18.50/Yr. - $21.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
