The Facilities Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep and mop floors, clean and sanitize restrooms, and empty trash.
- Maintenance and Repair: Use various types of machines and tools to perform tasks such as stripping and waxing floors, cleaning windows, and sweeping carpets.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Communication and Teamwork: Work effectively and professionally with colleagues and management to achieve goals and objectives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Demands: Moderate exposure to noise level, occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, and frequent standing, walking, and use of hands.
