Arms Acres is in search of dedicated facility maintenance specialists to enhance our cleaning team. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the hygiene and safety of our premises, machinery, and surroundings through a structured maintenance program.

Position Overview:

  • Uphold cleanliness of the facility and grounds in accordance with departmental standards
  • Execute designated maintenance tasks
  • Dispose of waste from both indoor and outdoor bins
  • Respond to urgent situations and notify about hazardous conditions
  • Conduct maintenance activities on various equipment
  • Ensure tools are kept in optimal condition
  • Facilitate patient transport when required
  • Prepare equipment for special functions
  • Secure the premises as per shift responsibilities
  • Assist with waste disposal and landscape upkeep
  • Capable of performing floor care duties
  • Engage in Performance Improvement Initiatives
  • Carry out additional assigned responsibilities

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; up to three years of relevant experience in facility operations within a healthcare environment. A valid Driver's License is mandatory.

Compensation Range: $15.50 to $18.00 based on qualifications and experience
