We are currently seeking a dedicated Custodian/Janitor to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of our automotive facilities.
About Meadowland of Carmel
As a well-respected automotive dealership, we pride ourselves on providing a vibrant and energetic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining three automotive dealerships in a pristine condition. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming various areas.
- Utilizing equipment to clean showroom floors and dust the entire facility.
- Maintaining cleanliness in multiple restrooms and kitchen areas.
- Disposing of trash and managing waste containers.
- Conducting minor maintenance tasks including painting and electrical repairs using hand tools.
- Addressing basic plumbing and electrical issues as needed.
- Executing preventative maintenance throughout the facilities.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- Experience in a customer service-oriented position.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to improve.
- Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles is preferred.
- A diligent work ethic and commitment to quality.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $18 to $20 per hour.
