Key Responsibilities:
The Facility Maintenance Technician will be tasked with executing preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, furnishings, and property.

• Assisting in the rollout of a comprehensive maintenance program that prioritizes the safety and comfort of residents, staff, and visitors

• Adhering to established maintenance protocols in line with company policies and quality assurance standards

• Managing all scheduled preventative maintenance tasks for equipment and property on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and seasonal basis

• Carrying out unscheduled maintenance tasks as required

• Collaborating with other departments to coordinate work schedules and minimize disruptions

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Facility Maintenance Technician role, candidates should possess:

• A solid understanding of effective maintenance practices

• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending the English language

• A valid driver's license in the state of employment

• A patient, friendly demeanor, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage with residents at various maturity and physical levels

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred, though not mandatory

• Technical training in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical fields is advantageous but not essential
