Job Overview:
The primary objective is to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-kept hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and execute preventive maintenance tasks for equipment.

2. Operate and oversee low-pressure boilers for the hot water system.

3. Manage and maintain additional vessels necessary for hot water, kitchen steam, and air conditioning systems.

4. Collaborate with mechanics and external contractors for repairs of hotel property and equipment.

5. Repair and maintain commercial kitchen and laundry machinery.

6. Oversee the maintenance of swimming pools and associated equipment.

7. Complete all assigned work orders and daily responsibilities.

8. Receive instructions for service calls via radio communication.

9. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Omni fire alarm protocols and emergency procedures.

10. Familiarize oneself with Omni Hotel policies and regulations.

11. Understand OSHA regulations thoroughly.

12. Provide assistance to other departments as required.

Qualifications:
1. Previous maintenance experience is essential; hotel experience and training are preferred. A minimum of two years in hotel and/or commercial building maintenance is required.

2. At least one year of experience with commercial kitchen and laundry equipment is necessary; experience with commercial refrigeration is advantageous.

3. Prior experience in responding to emergency situations is mandatory.

4. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management, computer proficiency, and guest satisfaction abilities are required.

5. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

6. Capability to crawl for short durations.

7. Ability to bend, reach overhead, squat, and kneel for prolonged periods.

8. Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

9. Proficiency in using step stools and ladders.
