Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with our residents and make a direct impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents with communication, swallowing, and cognitive problems.
  • Plan and conduct rehabilitative treatment programs to improve patient outcomes.
  • Instruct residents, families, and caregivers on speech and swallowing techniques.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and family education sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License.
