PRN Speech Language Pathologist Position

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with our residents and make a direct impact on their lives.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients/residents with communication, swallowing, and cognitive problems.
- Plan and conduct rehabilitative treatment programs to improve patient outcomes.
- Instruct residents, families, and caregivers on speech and swallowing techniques.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and family education sessions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid or pending State Speech Language Pathology License.
