Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and make informed recommendations.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
  • Merchandising and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure proper merchandising, and restock shelves as needed.

Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Regularly stand, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Frequently stoop, kneel, or crouch. Occasionally walk and climb or balance.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
