Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager - Pest Control is a key leadership role at Arrow Exterminators, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the pest control industry. This position requires a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the pest control market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales success and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including residential and commercial property owners, to identify sales opportunities and provide solutions to their pest control needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
Requirements
  • Proven sales leadership experience in the pest control industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related software applications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with sales analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of pest control products, services, and industry regulations.
