Job Summary

LGI Homes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new homes to potential buyers and guiding them through the home buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell new homes to potential buyers and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive home buying experience
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the sales game
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of the home buying process and market trends
  • Valid driver's license
