- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including endocrinologists, geneticists, and rheumatologists.
- Provide clinical and product expertise to customers, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans, product launches, and other business initiatives.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the rare disease market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Business, MBA, Pharmacy/Medical Degree.
