Position Overview:
This role is designed to assist Financial Advisors in managing their daily investment operations while improving client service quality and overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a vital link between Financial Advisors and their clients.
- Manage phone communications, schedule meetings, and prepare necessary materials for client interactions.
- Support Financial Advisors in creating client presentations, including illustrations, graphs, and reports.
- Handle client documentation and follow-up tasks to facilitate the work of Financial Advisors.
- Engage with clients through various channels to ensure their service needs are met effectively.

- Organize client events and manage follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate client records in compliance with corporate standards.
- Proactively reach out to clients and Financial Advisors regarding time-sensitive matters, such as reviews and transactions.

- Take ownership of client inquiries and collaborate with internal departments to meet service expectations.
- Educate clients about available account services and new technologies.
- Complete required training on new systems and adhere to implementation protocols.

- Collaborate with Advisors in regular meetings to support their business planning, marketing, and communication strategies.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in administrative or customer service roles is essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new software.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience assisting Financial Advisors or Registered Representatives.
- Background in financial services or banking.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or Communications is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
