Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, utilizing effective communication skills. This role involves investigating and resolving customer inquiries related to community photo enforcement initiatives. Accurate documentation of interactions in the RedCheck system is essential, along with timely escalation of complex issues to the Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Research and address customer questions regarding photo enforcement programs.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the RedCheck system.
  • Alert Team Lead of any escalated concerns in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with credit card transactions for violation payments.
  • Regularly check work-related email and communication platforms.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Compensation:
$18 per hour

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service (experience in retail or fast food is acceptable)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Access to a personal computer; ability to download MS Teams is required.
Candidates will utilize their personal computer and may receive a company computer upon permanent employment.

Ideal Candidate:
The preferred candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in retail customer service, with a background in management or assistant management roles, demonstrating skills in coaching and training others. Additionally, some experience in a call center environment is advantageous.
