About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven individual to join our US Global Sales team as a Strategic Account Manager. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and expansion for Amazon sellers globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across 9+ EU marketplaces, driving improvements in logistics, advertising, promotions, tax, compliance, fulfillment, and more.
  • Build a deep knowledge of the leading edge of global e-commerce and manage daily responsibilities, including qualifying and managing a book of business spanning multiple categories and countries.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks or other addressable CX opportunities across a multifaceted, complex European business landscape.
  • Liaise and maintain regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders, including sellers and service providers.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and support for regular and key seasonal events.
  • Analyze data and produce insightful business strategies that make a difference.
  • Build multi-domain subject matter expertise through management of parallel business initiatives.
About the Team

Our team owns the full business lifecycle of North American sellers expanding into 19 global marketplaces. We're dedicated to simplifying international selling for US sellers, working closely with them and both tech and non-tech partners in supply chain, compliance, logistics, and local teams, etc.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, CRMs (Salesforce) and other systems.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach, influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level, managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles, and working in a cross-functional sales organization.

The base pay for this position ranges from $62,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $132,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
