About This Role

The Guest Receptionist will be the face of Common Citizen, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for patients and customers. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment, promoting our brand values, and upholding our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Store Operations
    • Ensure the store is properly organized and stocked during all hours of business.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide strong communication for in-person or phone conversations.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments.
    • Promote a positive work environment, customer service-oriented, and follow policies and procedures.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Maintain product knowledge of the industry.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Greet customers when entering the shop.
    • Enter and update patient and customer information accurately with the point-of-sale system.
    • Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and identification.

    • Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely.
  • Flexibility
    • Must have flexibility for shift times (weekends, days, night shifts).

Physical Requirements

  • Standing and Walking
    • Regularly required to stand/walk for the entire shift.
  • Manual Dexterity
    • Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
  • Communication
    • Regularly required to talk or hear.
  • Lifting and Moving
    • Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
