Kona Ice Server Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and charismatic Server to join our Kona Ice team at Enchanted Rock State National Area. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy
  • Comply with hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
  • Perform basic cleaning of Concession Trailer
  • Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking
  • Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation
  • Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff

Requirements:
