We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to enhance customer relations and advocate for our insurance offerings, including auto, home, and life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely, precise, and courteous customer support, addressing questions regarding insurance options, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
- Inform clients about various insurance solutions with a focus on their needs and preferences.
- Work alongside the agent to establish and reach marketing objectives.
- Identify potential clients, arrange meetings, evaluate customer requirements, and promote appropriate products and services.
